Privacy Policy

A basic template for how AyuraCliniQ intends to handle information. Review and replace this text before a public launch.

This page is a basic template for review. It is not final legal advice, and it does not describe a registered company, address, or certification. Replace it with counsel-reviewed text before a public launch.

1. About this template

This Privacy Policy is a placeholder for AyuraCliniQ, clinic administration software. It outlines the kinds of information a SaaS clinic product typically handles. It is not a final privacy notice and does not claim compliance with any specific regulation until counsel reviews it.

Replace this page before a public launch. It does not list a company registration, postal address, or data-protection officer.

2. Information we may collect

Account information, such as name, email, and clinic name you provide at sign-up or in settings.

Clinic workspace data you choose to enter, such as patient demographics, appointments, visit notes, prescriptions, and invoices. That data belongs to your clinic’s use of the product.

Technical information that a hosted service may collect later, such as device type, log data, and approximate location derived from IP address. A local prototype may not collect this at all.

Messages you send through the Contact page, including the email address you provide so we can reply.

3. How we use information

To provide and improve the AyuraCliniQ workspace for your clinic, including appointments, consultations, billing, and support.

To communicate about the service, security, or changes to these pages.

We do not describe advertising, sale of patient lists, or cross-clinic patient search in this template. Those practices are not part of the intended AyuraCliniQ model.

4. Clinic records and access

AyuraCliniQ is designed so each clinic’s records stay in that clinic’s workspace. Staff access should follow the roles your clinic assigns (for example owner, doctor, or receptionist).

A future production service is expected to enforce this on the server. Do not treat this template as a guarantee about the current prototype’s storage or security.

5. Sharing

We may share information with service providers who help operate AyuraCliniQ (for example email delivery for the Contact form), only as needed to provide the service.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of users. We will not invent third-party partners on this page.

6. Retention and security

Retention periods for production data will be defined when the hosted service launches. Prototype or session data may not persist after you close the browser.

We aim to use reasonable technical and organisational measures. No method of storage is completely secure. Report concerns through the Contact page.

7. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you as an account holder, subject to law and what a future production service can support.

Patient record requests should generally be handled by the clinic that recorded the visit, because that clinic is responsible for its clinical records.

8. Children

AyuraCliniQ is for clinic staff, not for children creating their own accounts. Clinics may record paediatric patients as part of care. Those records remain the clinic’s responsibility.

9. Changes

We may update this template. The updated text will appear on this page. A production policy should include an effective date after legal review.

10. Contact

Privacy questions can be sent through the AyuraCliniQ Contact page. This template does not publish a physical address or registration number.
