Terms of Service
A basic template for using AyuraCliniQ. Review and replace this text before a public launch.
This page is a basic template for review. It is not final legal advice, and it does not describe a registered company, address, or certification. Replace it with counsel-reviewed text before a public launch.
1. About this template
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a placeholder for AyuraCliniQ, a clinic administration product for independent practices. They describe how we intend a typical SaaS clinic workspace to work. They are not a signed contract until they are reviewed and published for launch.
By creating an account or using AyuraCliniQ during early access or a prototype, you acknowledge that the product and these Terms may still change.
2. The service
AyuraCliniQ is software for clinic administration: patients, appointments, consultations, prescriptions, billing, and related reports. It is a tool for clinic staff. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgement, diagnosis, or treatment.
Features, availability, and data storage may differ between a local prototype, early access, and a later production service. Do not rely on this template as a description of a live hosted product until launch materials say otherwise.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your clinic’s accounts, including staff you invite.
You must not share passwords or attempt to access another clinic’s workspace. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being abused.
4. Clinic data and acceptable use
You (the clinic) remain responsible for patient records, prescriptions, invoices, and other content you enter. You must have a lawful basis to process that information under applicable law.
You must not use AyuraCliniQ to store or share unlawful content, to harm patients or other users, or to interfere with the service. You must not reverse engineer the product except where the law allows.
5. No medical or legal advice
AyuraCliniQ does not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions stay with licensed practitioners at your clinic. These Terms are not legal advice.
6. Intellectual property
AyuraCliniQ branding, software, and documentation remain owned by the AyuraCliniQ operator. You keep ownership of the clinic data you submit. You grant only the limited rights needed to operate the service for your clinic.
7. Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, errors, or product changes. We may update features and these Terms. Material updates should be posted on this page or notified in the product when a production service exists.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, AyuraCliniQ is provided “as is” during this template / early-access stage, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
A production limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute process will be added when these Terms are finalized. This template does not name a company, jurisdiction, or registered office.
9. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the AyuraCliniQ Contact page. Do not treat any address or registration number on other materials as part of this template unless counsel adds it here.
